¿Why do I need to register?
You need to register in order to download evaluation versions of our products and in order to complete a purchase with us. Additionally, our registered users are automatically subscribed to receive our newsletters where we inform about new products that are added to our site.
¿What limitations will I find in the evaluation versions?
Our evaluation versions show message boxes reminding that the product is a trial, both in design time and during its operation in runtime. Besides, after 3 minutes the protocol drivers stop operating, causing applications to lose their communication with the field equipment. It's enough to relaunch the application to get another three minutes and there is no need to reinstall the entire product.
¿What do I get when I purchase a product?
What you get is an unlimited license to use the product, along with the right to download the purchased product for the term of 90 days counting from the time of its acquisition. What you download is an password-encrypted .zip file that can be unzipped using the purchase order number as the unencryption password. The .zip file contains the product setup file, a .pdf document which contains the license number that enables the unlimited version of the product in your development machine and another .pdf file with a pro-form invoice with details about your purchase.
¿How do I download the products that I purchased?
There are several ways to download a purchased product:
From the email message you receive after you purchased your product. The message will contain direct links to your product downloads and to the detail pages.
Through the returning page, after you successfully finalized your purchase. You will find there a detailed list of links to the products you have just bought.
From within the Products page, where the products are listed and shown, the very same from which you selected your product before buying it. Your purchased product will be shown there as available and will offer a direct download link only for you (assuming you have logged in with the same user account).
Take note that all links to your order will be available for 90 days after you bought it.
¿Why do you offer Paypal as your primary payment method?
We believe and trust in Paypal because it is the broadest payment gateway around the world. We have operated with PayPal for a long time and we have had a very good experience so far. If you already have an account with Paypal, you will have many ways to pay to us, including credit cards and debit cards, without revealing any sensitive information to us.
¿Do you receive payments other than using Paypal?
Of course. You can pay through electronic wire transfer to our bank account in the US. Please use our Contact page to express your intentions to buy and pay by a wire transfer and we will give you more detailed instructions on how to make the payment and get your product.
